While handling the complexities of land acquisition & purchase, Vibrant Energy faced challenges in managing diverse parameters like plots, funds, and documents. To address these complexities, a comprehensive Web-based GIS & MIS application was envisioned. The system needed to facilitate workflow, process flow, and timely information updates related to landowners, affected families, litigation, court cases, encumbrances and more. Also, the solution required accessibility, security, and mobile integration.

Our Solution

The Land Acquisition Management System, or LAMS, proved to be the perfect answer to the client's problems. A consolidated platform for handling finances, records, and plots was made available by this program. This dynamic system combined the hosting of land and asset data with the integration of that data into an interactive map. LAMS handled several different aspects with efficiency, ranging from encumbrance details to cancelled land/lease information. In order to ensure a comprehensive approach, the system also controlled information about SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles).

Project Outcomes & Results

Plot Management - LAMS made it easier to keep track of every encumbrance, owner of a plot, lease, and related paperwork. It processed data on canceled land/lease, including computations and related paperwork, with efficiency. The system's SPV management got smooth.
Fund Management - Our solution enabled full budget and expenditure management, allowing real-time monitoring at unit and location levels. Transparency and effective distribution were guaranteed by the system's payment tracking.
Document Handling - It made it possible to scan and attach any document to the appropriate plot number, including deeds, plot maps and khatiyan. The system enabled users to search and retrieve necessary documents effortlessly.
Project Scope - For the management, servicing, and updating of land information, LAMS offered a comprehensive solution. Real-time changes were reflected by the seamless integration of land data with a spatial map presentation. With a single platform that combined MIS and GIS features, the system gave users more authority.
Customization and Integration - Predefined and customizable query execution as well as plot search options are enabled in our software. It displayed maps of working areas with different themes based on type, acquired area, and classification, all presented in an intuitive manner. The system held government records linked to plots and offered paper-free archiving. LAMS supported numerous users and customisation for interaction with other systems including ERP, SAP, and CRM. It was also important that it was available from any location.
